Handmade stoneware teapot by Brad Tucker, longtime resident potter at Cedar Creek Pottery (Cedar Creek Gallery, Creedmoor, North Carolina). Tucker has worked there since 1980, carrying forward the centuries-old North Carolina/Seagrove pottery tradition. Wheel-thrown with a ribbed body and flowing ash-green glaze, this functional studio art piece is stamped with Tucker's circular BT mark. Approx. 8"H x 11"L x 6.75"W. Likely c. 1990s. Food-safe stoneware-perfect for display or daily tea service and a great fit for cottage, rustic, wabi-sabi, and artisan decor.
