Antique Doulton Burslem Plates- Set of 12

Description

Rare set of 12 heirloom dinner plates from Doulton Burslem. Hand-painted and signed by artist Christina Wood between 1889-1891. The center of the plate is embellished with raised, gilded gold in a fleur de lis design while the rim has gilded filigree and fleur de lis interwoven with delicate floral garlands.
