1930s Italian Beaded Tole Vanity Wall Sconce

Description

Stunning intricately beaded vanity light or wall sconce, with made in Italy brass tag. This light came from a prominent and architectural significant house built by R. Harold Zook in Hinsdale, IL in the 1930s. Made of brass with amazing patina throughout. Beautiful and intricate crystal/glass beading scrolls throughout. Tole style flowers and leaves have glass overlays, with a beautiful center flower that cleverly covers wall plate connector. The show stoppers are the beaded light cage style covers that could cover a standard or chandelier style bulb. The scroll like sides are so elegant. A true masterpiece.
This has not been rewired.
