The vintage wooden dollhouse 1:12 scale; made in the USA in the 1990's. It is a large size house with 3 floors and 6 rooms and 2 staircaes. The assembled wood doll house is unfinished making it perfect for a person who likes interior design. The exterior of the house features five windows with decorative louvered shutters, and a center front door. The exterior has carved wood clapboard siding and cedar shingles. The hard work is done....now ready for the fun part! The dollhouse measures ~ 24"W x 16"D x 28"H" (30" to top of chimney). It is in great overall condition.
