About artist info: Master Potters james and Nan mckinnell learn how to do Pottery by riding a tandem bike throughout Europe after World War II visiting major European Master potter's. Then proceeded to move the United States and travel back and forth throughout the United States developing and teaching with portable Pottery Kilns and color techniques. Many of their students became master potters. Jim and Nan worked together and contribute to each piece together for the majority of their life.
