Description

This item is a rare Mexican Mid-Century Modern sun sculpture crafted by Emaus Talleres Monasticos.
It features a bronze face with radiating brass rod rays.
Brutalist style surrealist design depicting human face motif.
Measures 21.5" horizontally by 20.5" vertically. The actual face is 7" x 5.5"
Created by the Benedictine Monks in Cuernavaca, Mexico, during the mid-20th century.

Can be hung on the wall by the loop attached or on a display stand using the hole at the base. Please see photos as they offer the best description.
