This antique custard glass spooner was produced by the Northwood Glass Company in Wheeling, West Virginia, circa 1904-1908, during the golden age of American pressed glass. Featuring the highly collectible Chrysanthemum Sprig pattern, the piece showcases raised floral detailing accented with original hand-applied enamel decoration. Made with uranium-bearing custard glass, it exhibits a vivid green glow when UV light is shining inside the piece, a hallmark prized by collectors. Originally intended for serving spoons on Victorian and Edwardian tables, this form is equally suited today as a decorative accent or small vase, aligning beautifully with Victorian, Cottagecore, Grandmillennial, and traditional decor styles.
