Scarce circa 1926 A.C. Gilbert No. 7 Erector Set housed in its original wooden case with applied Gilbert Toys Erector decal on the lid. Includes Manual of Instructions and a substantial assortment of original nickel-plated girders, gears, pulleys, wheels, curved girders, cord, and other accessories. Also includes scarce cardboard signal arms. The set also includes two original Gilbert Toys parts boxes. The wooden case exhibits expected age-related wear, surface scratches, scattered finish loss, and an old painted inventory marking (No. 7) to the inside of the lid.
