A nicely crafted wooden music box with marquetry woodwork and a small jewelry compartment inside. I especially like how the music box gears are visible so you can see the mechanic in action while the tune is playing. A sticker on the bottom states that this box is Italian made, and it appears to be in the style of the higher-end Swiss Reuge music boxes. The winding mechanism is embossed with the word "Romance."
