A pair of classic late Victorian high quality silver plated wine or champagne bottle coasters. The delicate rims are beautifully cast with a pierced or reticulated grapevine and leaf decoration. The coasters have turned hardwood bases, with a vacant central silver plate boss and green felt on the underside.
Very minor age related wear to plate. Style indicative of late 1880's. Purchased from a high end gentleman's estate in England - these are beautifully made & classic English pieces ready for your dining table.
