Description
From the Dansk website: "Designed by Jens Quistgaard in 1956, Kobenstyle is iconic, enduring and practical. Its unique design has become a trademark of the Dansk brand." But I was TODAY years old when I discovered that this collection is not just stunning but practical. The lids of the Kobenstyle collection double as a trivet!! Yes, that means you can serve the sauce hot from the stove, and then place the pot on top of the lid to guard your furniture from the heat of the pot. This pot is known as the sauce pot or fondue pot. The sides are angled inward to keep sauces from boiling over, and have a ledge that functions as a rest for fondue sticks while they cook their magic. Made from stainless steel, beautifully bright signature enamel colors, and teak wood handles in France as of 1956.
