Description
Stunning mid century pendulum wall clock designed by Arthur Umanoff for Howard Miller, Zeeland, Michigan. Model # 557 and part of the Meridian Line, this clock has a beautiful walnut case, brass pendulum, aluminum face and comes with one original brass key. Signed/stamped on the back of the brass clock mechanism: Howard Miller Clock Comp Zeeland Michigan, Made in Germany with some other etched numbers and writing.
This is currently in working order. I wound the winding mechanism with the key and swung the pendulum, and it ran and kept perfect time for several days before needing winding again *It must be perfectly level in order to work, so you may need to add spacers if your wall is not even/level
