1920-1950s Glass Jar or Small vase.
The main body is glass with a frosted finish on the lower half and a clear top section with a gold rim. The decorations are hand-painted in gold and white enamel. The design features a prominent painted gold ribbon bow and delicate white floral or foliage motifs.

This was used in a bathroom for holding Q tips. I could also see a small bouquet of flowers coming out of the top.
