Throughout history Russian artisans have created treasures in metals and enamel. Many of these state-sponsored workshops still produce jewelry and other wares to this day. Text and signatures are in Cyrillic which I am unable to translate but it is a usable cup or a beautiful representation of Russian artistry to enhance any decor.
