Van Briggle pottery of Colorado Springs, CO. This vase is named "Jack in the Pulpit" it is glazed with the dusty rose. The glaze is described as:

"Introduced in 1988, and no longer in production. Like the other colors in the line, it varies from a bit darker, to a bit lighter - almost a pinkish white. Note the continued - but lighter - use of blue highlights."
