DETAILS
Found in the region of La Huasteca in Mexico, this antique mortar is carved from a single tree trunk, and was traditionally used to grind coffee beans or grains for food preparation. It displays a nice weathered patina. Today, these antique mortars could make wonderful planters for a rustic setting.
