(1897-1986) German officer during WWI and WWII, recipient of the Knight's Cross with Swords of the Hohenzollern Order, and the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. During the last five months of the war, Busse commanded the 9th Army during the Battle of Seelow Heights, the Battle of the Oder-Neisse, and the Battle of Berlin. Black and white photo of Busse with his Iron Cross, signed in black ink on the bottom right, 4 x 5.75 inches. Also includes a calling card from Busse and a transmittal envelope.
