(1918-1985) WWII German Fighter ace, credited with 114 victories. Recipient of the Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords and the Italian Silver Medal of Military Valor. Including a black and white photo of Schroer in uniform with his Knight's Cross, signed at the bottom in blue ink, 4.25 x 6.25 inches. Also including a letter from Schroer to a collector, written and signed in blue ink, with mailing folds.
