An antique Japanese Meiji period wood root hibachi from the early 20th century, with brown patina. Born in Japan during the early years of the 20th century, this round hibachi, made of the root of a tree, charms us with its rustic appearance. Used for cooking or warming sake or tea, this Meiji period Japanese 1900s hibachi will make for a great decorative addition to any home.
