Born in China during the mid-century period, this lunch basket features two independent compartments topped with a rectangular lid. Decorated with courtyard figures evolving in a landscape scene, the lid is accented with brass motifs in the corners. Surrounded by a large bamboo handle carved with foliage motifs on the sides, this vintage Chinese rattan and bamboo lunch basket will also be a great decorative object, placed in a kitchen, bedroom or dressing room.
