When this is in the wind it's quite the peppermint candy. Large painted oak lath helix wind toy. Plays in the wind and catches the eye with its rapid red, white, red, white, dance. Painted red on top and white underside, the size is 18" tall and 8" in diameter at the middle and widest point. Hangs on a 10" length of chain and a metal spine through each lath. Country folk arts/craft.
