This picture arrived in our house the year my Grandma died, 1967. I don't know how or when she acquired it, but I do know the frame is original to the painting. Lucioni partnered with Associated American Artists to bring fine art to the general public. His Red Barn series were painted after he bought a farm with a red barn in Vermont. The frame is a uniquely carved wooden frame and the lithograph has his signature, the AAA copyright, and the year 1945 printed in the lower left corner. My mom loved it, but it's not for me.
