States in 1937. This unframed work depicts a quaint, coastal fishing village built into a sloping green hillside at Cape Breton in St. Margaret, NS, Canada. Signed at the bottom left and dated 1953.
The sheet measures approximately 15'' X 20''. Condition is vintage and unrestored, with overall good presentation. Sold unframed.
