This unexpected porcelain lidded sauce boat is traditional yet modern, with its gilded edges and crisp green and white coloring. It came from the estate of a woman whose kitchen was crowded with all of the accoutrements a dishes lover could want. This piece is perfect for the mushroom gravy or bearnaise sauce--or whatever topping you might want on the table. The attached underplate catches all the drips. Ladle not included. Measures 9" wide and 6" tall. In very good vintage condition with some mild discoloration on the internal rim. Does not detract from the functionality or beauty of this piece.
