Antique Philadelphia Bow Back Windsor Side Chair, Circa 1790's

Made in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania circa 1780-1800

Bow or hoop back side chair, with a 9 spindle back. Poplar saddle shaped seat, and bamboo turned legs and "H" stretcher. The legs are through mortised in the seat.

Size: 18 1/2" wide, 16" deep, 38" tall, 17" seat height.

Condition: refinished. Use and wear marks associated with age and use are consistent.
