A large and striking ceramic wall panel with ceramic tiles, signed on the reverse, Mikiko Tanaka, c. 1995. Featuring a central lotus-flanked Buddha surrounded by stylized green leaves and figural relief tiles, this piece is arranged in a balanced mandala-like layout. The high-relief design incorporates earthy glazes, cobalt borders, and subtle spiritual symbolism in a hand-built frame. A rare and evocative studio work ideal for a meditation space, gallery wall, or serene interior setting.

It measures 31" wide by 20.75" tall. It is in very good vintage condition as shown, very simply framed by the artist. Could be used leaned against a wall, or a couple mounting hooks can be easily added to the back.
