A striking pair of Italian art glass vases attributed to Murano, featuring encased metallic foil inclusions suspended within warm gold and pale amber glass. These heavy, sculptural vessels were produced using a traditional Murano technique in which metal foil is applied to a hot glass gather, then fully encased and blown, causing the foil to fracture into organic, stardust-like patterns preserved within the form.
