This is a lovely piece of English memorabilia and will make a great addition to your collection or just a nice memento of when the world was more united. The mug was made by Wedgewood in Etruria, England exclusively for W. H. Plummer & Co. New York for the first visit of the British reigning sovereigns to these United States in 1939 (as it says on the bottom). It was a limited issue of 3000 and this is #164.

The mug is large, 4 inches in diameter, 5 1/2 inches including the handle and 4 inches high. It is of fine quality and is still in good condition.
