Peter Keil is a German artist who focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. Keil painted with some of the greats, including Joan Miro, Pablo Picasso, and Andy Warhol, to name a few.

This is an incredible abstract portrait painted in a very Picasso-style manner and executed with acrylic on board and framed. It is titled and signed "France Lady, P. Keil" and denotes Berlin as the location on the verso.

This piece was purchased by the Bowen family as a routine purchase directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter.
