This central figure is applied in relief and shows a darkened, oxidized finish. The surrounding border is decorated with a continuous band of stylized llamas interspersed with geometric stepped fret motifs in a contrasting metal tone. The entire face of the plaque is treated with a heavy, mottled green verdigris patina that obscures much of the base metal.
