Description
A German tremolo harmonica featuring a wooden comb and chrome-plated cover plates. The upper cover plate is embossed with the model name ECHO in stylized block lettering, below which is the manufacturer statement MADE BY M. HOHNER GERMANY. A numerical scale from 1 to 9 is impressed along the lower edge of this plate. The reverse cover plate displays six commemorative Grand Prix exhibition medals, with legible text including GRAND PRIX GENEVE, GRAND PRIX PHILAD. The base of the plate is embossed M. The instrument is accompanied by a textured orange cardboard box with a lithographed label on the lid. The label features a colorful illustration of a figure in traditional attire playing a horn in a mountain landscape, titled The ECHO and noted as Made by M.
