This mid-century modern electric wall clock features an American-made movement housed within an ornate circular gold-tone metal frame. The frame consists of a series of wire-work scrolls forming heart-shaped patterns around the central bezel. The white clock face is protected by a convex glass lens and features stylized black Arabic numerals. A decorative gray scrollwork ring encircles the center of the dial. The dial is printed at the top with the text MADE IN USA and at the center with the name UNITED. Along the bottom edge of the dial, a printed black mark reads UNITED CLOCK CORP., BROOKLYN, N.Y. The clock is equipped with two black spade hands and a red sweep second hand.
