Walther Klemm (June 18, 1883 August 11, 1957) was a prominent German printmaker, painter, and illustrator widely recognized for his mastery of the woodcut medium. Born in Karlsbad, he became an influential figure in early 20th-century European art, heavily contributing to the popularity of Expressionist and documentary-style graphic arts. Today, his prints are held in major international public art collections, including the New York Museum of Modern Art
