About the artist
Prominent Pacific Northwest artist Charles Mulvey (19182001). Mulvey spent decades living and working in Seaview, Washington, operating his gallery out of a famous beach cottage called The Sea Chest . He is highly regarded for his moody, atmospheric depictions of the moody coastal landscapes, dunes, and waters of Southwest Washington and Oregon.
