The SCRS is a compact enclosed rifle optic featuring Holosuns solar-charging system and an integrated mounting base. The packaging identifies the sight as offering selectable 2 MOA dot, 65 MOA circle, or combined circle-dot reticles.

The optic is presented with its original packaging, which shows light handling and storage wear. A handwritten inventory notation, RD-163, appears on the exterior label. Contents and electronic functions have not been tested.
