Winchester Model 1917 P17 Sporter 8mm Rem Mfg. circa 1918 w/ Burris

The rifle has been deeply sporterized and now features a replacement barrel marked G.R. Douglas 8MM REM, with a XX marking enclosed within an oval. The barrel measures 26 inches and features a pristine bore with well-defined rifling and reflective bore walls, clear of rust or pitting. The original Winchester bolt remains with the rifle and appears to have been lightly sanded. The original stock has been replaced with a heavyweight synthetic stock, and the trigger has been replaced with an extra-wide target-style trigger. The rifle is equipped with a Burris Fullfield 3.5-10x scope. The length of pull measures 13 inches.
