Boleslawiec Polish Pottery Jar Cookie Jar Canister with Lid Not Common VTG

Excellent condition. Clean. No damage. This is not a very common pattern.

Each pottery piece is unique and a work of art.

It is the world-famous peacock pattern, but with a criss cross design.

World famous original Polish Pottery is an artistically hand painted Stoneware produced in a small town of Boleslawiec, in South Western part of Poland called Lower Silesia.

It is made of white clay Kaolin, abundant around the town, hand decorated by skilled artisans, then coated in a special glaze and fired in high temperatures.

It is safe for food consumption, no Lead nor cadmium are used in the production.

It is oven, microwave and dishwasher safe.

Approx meas 6.5" T; 5" rim width; 4.25" base width; 6" at it's widest; 4" depth; 1.13 lbs wt, prior to careful packaging.
