Schwarzenhammer Germany Reticulated Fruit plates- a Set of 2, Perfect Vintage Beautiful Porcelain Plates. These show the pierced or reticulated set plates made by Schwarzenhammer in Germany. The patterns are fruit designs, with gold trim on a white porcelain ground; the "rim" is reticulated for a lovely effect. These plates are in excellent vintage condition. No indication of utensil marks or loss, have original beautiful colors and gold trim. At 7 inches in diameter and 1 inch from the table top, the plates are a small desert-sized plate, but would make an attractive fruit desert plate or serving pieces. If you were to weave a ribbon through the reticulated area these plates would make a wonderful wall decoration. The fruit pattern was widely used by Bavarian factories.
