This is an Art Deco style cocktail shaker, that was very likely made by Manning Bowman & Co. The company was known for producing Art Deco kitchenware and barware from the 1930s until after WWII.
This style of shaker is often described as "skyscraper" or "machine age" due to its streamlined design and ribbed details at the base and at the top.
The shaker is made of chrome-plated metal and features a lid with a built-in strainer.
The original retail price for a similar model was around $6.50 in 1936.
