Wonderful hardwood Asian style daybed from the mid 20th century. It's possibly a replica of the sought after Qing Dynasty benches from the 19th century. The piece is beautifully crafted of solid wood in an ebony finish with purposefully worn edges to bring out the wood color beneath. There are tapered legs and curved arms with a decorative inlaid piece on the back with Asian lettering. There is also a coordinating piece which I use as a side table but may be a footstool. This is a wonderful piece for an entryway or sunroom covered with fun pillows or keep it simple as it is.

Overall chaise dimensions are 29-1/2" wide x 64-3/4" long x 33-1/2" high.
Chaise seat is 26-1/2" wide x 62" long x 16" high.
Arm is 23-3/4" high x 32-1/2" long.
Table or footstool is 19-3/4" square x 11" high to surface and 15" high to top of arm.
