Originally designed by Niels Refsgaard (Danish, born in 1934), this is a pair of Dansk "Generation Mist" pattern coffee mugs and matching saucers, each stamped in blue on the bottom, made in an earthy, creamy off-white glazed ceramic that has brown speckled flecks and rims, classic Scandinavian in design.

The cups measure 3 1/4" in diameter x 4" across (from rim to end of handle) x 3 1/8" in height
The saucers measure 6 1/4" in diameter and 1" in height

From the Dansk website: "Niels Refsgaard has been an integral part of the Dansk story for more than 60 years as a designer, creator, and brand champion. Niels prefers to be called a "simple country potter" and it is his amazing talent and devotion to his craft that shines through in all that he creates. We can't think of a design collaboration between brand and craftsman that has stood the test of time the way the Dansk and Refsgaard marriage has."
