Cerused Safari-meets-palm-beach Casual Lamps Of California Table Lamp.

It has a very nicely textured Geometric pattern with several suns and what looks to be large stylized wildebeest faces- (or could be elephant, or zebra faces). An interesting piece to be sure. Works with a standard bulb or a three way bulb. Shade is included.
