Lemon, sprouts and lemon sets have been sold. All sets have been made to 'real' size. Being sold and priced individually in pairs. Choose one pair or several. Patricia Garrett had a studio in Berkeley the late 20th century where she created beautiful, lifelike reproductions of fruit and vegetables that were part of her 'Great Impressions' line. After spending several years in Japan learning from a family of potters she returned to California to earn a masters degree in art and sculpture. Great Impressions came out of a commission to create dishes for a local restaurant. Crafted of fine Stoneware, Great Impressions pieces are functional and durable, lead free and fired to 2300 degrees. Each piece is hand Painted and glazed taking approximately 2 weeks to complete a single piece. These pieces, sold at high-end retailers like Gump's in San Francisco, are now hard to find.
