Pair of hand-painted, glazed terracotta tapas plates discovered in a small antique market in the south of France. Perfect to serve olives, nuts, tapas, or seasoned olive oil for bread. Artist initials, "E.B.," appear on intertwined vines on front of plate. No maker's mark. Condition is very good with minor chips on underside which are not seen when in use.
