Here's a cute vintage 1980s needlepoint, framed under glass, of a carousel horse. The needlepoint background, ribbon motif in the needlepoint, and the frame are all blue (light, medium, and dark blue). The carousel horse is centered in the middle of the square 14.5"x14.5" frame with ribbon and floral motifs around the edges.

The needlepoint was framed under glass by Eagle Valley Frames in Reno, Nevada. The framer's label is on the back, and there is a wire for hanging.

The frame appears to be wood, painted with dark blue enamel paint. It's quite shiny. There are some light scratches on the frame and one chip (on the inside bottom of the frame) as shown in the photos.

The needlepoint is in good condition with what appears as a small wrinkle or dip in the medium gray area in the middle of the horse. Nearby, there is a small piece of fuzz from the wool yarn (see the second photo).

Overall, this framed needlepoint carousel horse picture is in very good vintage condition and presents well. It would make a very cute wall decoration for a child's room.
