Lovely 24% lead crystal snowflake candle holder. This crystal is very heavy and the walls or edges are very thick. This was purchased as a gift, but never given and has been sitting in a China cabinet. It has a little base or pedestal that it rests upon. The snowflakes go all the way around the candle holder.
