Oil on canvas, SLL by American Listed Artist, James Topping, Landscape ( 1879-1948) with rolling hills. 23"h x 25"w and 26"h x 28"w framed. Topping was born in England but spent most of his professional life in the Chicago area. He spent time painting in Pennsylvania and Virginia in the 1910's. This landscape was probably painted during this time period.
