Just in this charming antique Chinoiserie Bamboo Cabinet with Bamboo Shelf, C.1880.
Original red painted interior with two shelved.
All three side have a Chinoiserie lacquer decor of florals, trees and birds.
This is a typical piece from the aesthetic movement in France and England, it is the beginning of the Asian, Japanned Art nouveau period.
Very good antique condition, consistent with age and use.
