A French painted wood planter from the late 19th century, with landscape scenes in medallions and tin liner. Created in France during the last decade of the 19th century, this planter features a square painted body adorned with handsome landscapes set inside ribbon-tied medallions. Showcasing a tin liner, the planter is raised on four canted tapering legs. With its soft green color and lovely painted scenes, this French planter circa 1890 will be a great addition to any home, indoors or placed under a covered patio.
