Hand colored ink intaglio and it is dated 1977. It still retains on back, the origianl art gallery sticker.
Donald "Don" Anderson was a prolific artist and a significant patron of the arts. He is best known as the founder of the Roswell Artist-in-Residence (RAiR) Program and the Anderson Museum of Contemporary Art (AMoCA) in New Mexico.
His work often explores abstract landscapes and "visual metaphysics," reflecting a deep interest in geological time and shifting natural forms.
The title, "The Third Place of Aural Trascendence During the Lunar Cycle," is consistent with his interest in cosmic and natural phenomena.
